1. Registration Plates and Toll Tags
Please remove and retain all registration plates and toll tags prior to vehicle collection. We accept no responsibility or liability for any registration plates or toll tags left on the vehicle.

2. Ownership and Title
The Vendor warrants that the goods described herein are his/her sole and lawful property, free from all encumbrances, charges, or claims, both at law and in equity. The Vendor confirms there is no restriction preventing the transfer of possession and clear title to the Purchaser immediately upon execution of this Agreement.
The warranties contained in this clause constitute a condition precedent to this Agreement. Should the Purchaser suffer any loss at any time due to a breach of this clause by the Vendor, the Vendor agrees to fully indemnify the Purchaser for all such losses upon demand.
The goods shall remain the property of the Vendor until the financial transaction has been completed in full.

3. Payment
All payments are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

4. Liability and Website Access
Top Cash For Cars Canberra accepts no responsibility for any unpaid fines, penalties, tolls, or debts associated with the vehicle.
To use our services or access certain website functionalities, you may be required to provide accurate and current identification details, including but not limited to your full name, email address, residential address, contact number, and temporary residence details. Upon verification, you will be issued a username and password.
